Once FIRES R US receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to FIRES R US from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-creditted to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

8. The price for the goods will be as shown at the time when you placed your order and they are final delivered prices which include delivery and VAT. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price to take account of any misprint or error, or increase / decrease in VAT. (BUT)We will inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order if you think it is not fair then we will refund all your money and are not obliged to process your order. Please rest assured that till to date this has not been done and minor losses are always borne by company but still we reserve the right to do so.

Customers (you) Pass card details to HSBC direct
HSBC cardholder payment interface allows us to capture your details of item and delivery address only
and rest all is held with HSBC who take full responsibility of your card details.

   a-Address & Cardholder Verification

HSBC has means to check house number and postcode electronically. It submits them both to the card issuer,
to check that they match with the current cardholder records or delivery address .
Apart from that using the
CSC(card security code) printed on the back of the card on the signature strip HSBC checks from card issuer
for verification of the same .
The CSC is never stored with the transactions and is not printed on the receipts
therefore customer buying at our store would only know the CSC if they had card in their possession ,though it
is a random check but reduces great risk of fraud.

    b-Secure server
The HSBC CPI utilizes a high level of encryption - customers connect using 128 bit SSL encryption. Even if your
customers only have 40 bit SSL capable PCs, HSBC will automatically upgrade the connection to ensure higher encryption.
     c-HSBC assurance
HSBC also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that its not tampered with.
We take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on our secure servers -
we always ensure that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major
financial services company of United Kingdom.
